Chiu, John C. MD:  California Center For Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Dr. Chiu is the Clinical Director at California Center For Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Hendler, Nelson MD, MS: Dr. Hendler is widely recognized as one of the foremost diagnosticians in the field of chronic back, neck and limb pain. He has published three books, more than twenty-nine textbook chapters and 50 articles on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain. Dr. Hendler founded the Mensana Clinic in 1978 and has served as its Clinical Director since then. In the course of a year the Clinic sees some 550 (500 outpatients and 50 inpatients) of the most difficult and hard to diagnose chronic pain cases, referred by physicians and insurers across the United States and from eight foreign countries. Since its founding, it has treated more than 1,000 inpatients and 4,000 outpatients. In 1992, the Mensana Clinic was cited by Business Week as one of the eight best pain treatment centers in the United States.

Laurence Kirwan, MD, FRCS: Fairfield County Surgical Center . Dr. Kirwan is a consultant plastic surgeon, with an international reputation and offices in the USA and England.
